At Lancaster Doberman, we prioritize the health, safety, and comfort of every Doberman puppy we place in a new home. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we handle transportation and delivery for our puppies.

🐾 Shipping Availability

We currently offer domestic delivery within USA. Due to animal welfare regulations and the well-being of our puppies.

🚚 Delivery Methods

We offer the following delivery options:

  1. In-Person Pickup (Recommended)

    • Pickup is available from our location by appointment only.

    • We encourage in-person pickup to allow you to meet your puppy and ask any final questions before taking them home.

  2. Ground or Air Transport (Within USA)

    • Professional pet courier services or airline pet transport can be arranged upon request.

    • All transportation partners are licensed and follow strict animal welfare guidelines.

    • Additional fees apply and vary based on destination and transport method.

📦 Shipping & Handling Time

  • Puppies will be ready for pickup or delivery only after reaching 8 weeks of age and after completing their first veterinary check and vaccinations.

  • Once final payment and all required paperwork are completed, we typically require 3–7 business days to schedule and confirm transport arrangements.

💵 Shipping Costs

  • In-person pickup: Free

  • Ground or air transport: Costs vary by destination and courier. We will provide a detailed quote upon request.

📍 Delivery Requirements

  • A responsible adult must be available to receive the puppy at the agreed-upon time and location.

  • Identification may be required upon delivery or pickup.

🔄 Delays & Contingencies

We are committed to the safe and timely delivery of your puppy. However, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Airline/courier scheduling

  • Health-related holds (if the puppy is not yet fit to travel)

You will be notified immediately if there are any changes to the delivery schedule.
